The device offers dual-band wifi connectivity for a more reliable connection and can be hardwired to existing doorbell wiring for continuous power. With a Ring Protect Plan, users can record, review, and share videos and photos for up to 180 days. Additionally, the Video Doorbell Pro can be paired with Alexa for added peace of mind, allowing users to hear alerts on their Echo device and see a Live View on an Echo Show, Fire TV, or Fire Tablet. Alexa can also make voice announcements and show live video feed when the doorbell detects a person.
