The 3M™ Littmann® Lightweight II S.E. Stethoscope is an entry-level instrument with a tunable diaphragm and dual-sided chestpiece, providing reliable acoustic performance for blood pressure readings and limited physical assessments of adult patients. It weighs just 118 grams, making it the lightest of all Littmann adult stethoscopes and more comfortable for caregivers. The stethoscope offers features such as tunable diaphragm technology, adjustable headset, non-chill diaphragm and rim, resilient tubing, and next-generation tubing that is free from natural rubber latex and phthalate plasticizers. It is made in the USA and comes with large soft-sealing eartips and instructions. Additionally, the Littmann Learning App is designed to help users better recognize heart sounds, murmurs, and lung sounds. The stethoscope provides versatility with a dual-sided chestpiece, teardrop shape, tunable diaphragm, and soft-sealing eartips for an excellent acoustic seal and comfortable fit.
