The 3M Littmann CORE Digital Stethoscope is a cardiology-grade stethoscope that incorporates powerful digital technology to enhance acoustics, comfort and quality. It features up to 40x amplification and active noise cancellation for greater confidence during auscultation. The stethoscope can connect with Eko software on a smart device to visualize, record and share data, providing a HIPAA compliant means to save and annotate recordings in a secure dashboard. It also allows for toggling between analog and amplified listening modes and features tunable diaphragm technology to hear different frequency sounds. The stethoscope works with Eko software on iOS and Android devices, enabling the creation of a library of heart sounds for monitoring disease progressions or education, and the secure sharing of recordings with colleagues.
